Billing Terms and Conditions
These Billing Terms and Conditions are the legal terms that apply to every purchase made on pegasinc.com, and should be read alongside our separate, more practical Billing Policy.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment (or, for made-to-order items, when we confirm production). We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing/listing errors, or inventory unavailability, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Pricing and currency
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Payment authorization
By placing an order you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including any applicable tax.
Risk of loss and title
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for standard shipments, or upon delivery/signature for freight shipments requiring one.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact support@pegasinc.com first — most issues can be resolved faster directly with us than through a card dispute.
